According to jehovahs witnesses?

according to jehovahs witnesses satan and his demons were cast out of heaven during the year 1914, don't you find it weird how fast technology has evolved since then? I mean according to some life has been here for 100,000 years, or maybe much longer than that. If that is true how come only in the past 100 years or so have there been so many technological advancements? I mean if we have been around for so long why did it take so long to get so smart and how did it happen so fast? I'm not a jw but I have studied with them and like their teaching and respect them. I'm not even sure what I'm asking here lol. So feel free to say anything you want lol
