I messed my ipod up need help?

i jailbroke my ipod with greenpoison yesterday and today idid a master reset on my ipod and ity froze on the apple logo and ihave tried everything. ihave dialup so icant restore cause it takes way to long so ithought about putting it in dfu mode again and install greenpoison once more. will it work and is it a smart idea
