How long will it take to download a 952 MB file on dialup connection?

I'm downloading a 952 MB file with dialup and its taking forever. How come? My ISP cuts off connection every 2 hours and I have to redial again. I have 30 minutes for connection to be cut off. Will it finish the download in 30 minutes? If I get cut off i have to download it from start. Please help!!!!!!!!!
