How to make a computer WIFI (wireless)?

I have 2 computers and their both WIFI (wireless) but I'm looking for another computer (my aunt has one) but its set up for dialup I have a modem and I want to make it Wireless what do I need to do? Is it worth it just to go and get a computer thats already set up for WIFI? Best answer get 10 points!!!
