My Wii's internet isn't working and I don't know why!?

Can anyone help me I went to Nintendo.com but they are not helpful at all I did everything they told me and still my Wii's internet isn't working and it's been this way for 2 days now. Yesterday it worked on and off but it was so slow that I felt like I had Dialup and I have Charter. my computers internet works so I don't know whats wrong can someone help me please!!!!!???
