No internet available in my area..help!?

What should i do. 0 internet companies besides dial up and satallite are offered in my new house. not even dsl when my old house is right across the street and it had it. so atm im using a verizon connect card that has one bar of service with insane prices and limited data. so im thinking of resorting to dialup BUT my laptop doesnt have a modem port. only a cat 5 and i dont even know how to get dial up set up help please =(
