Alternate program to Reliance Netconnect?

I have Reliance netconnect (ZTE MG880 CDMA 1X dialup Modem). When I installed new version of antivirus i.e. Kaspersky Internet security 2011, It blocked dialer software somewhere. I gave all permissions in firewall etc.. But it is not working. It works only if I exit antivirus. Bluetooth dialup and all are working fine without any change in default settings. Is there any alternate software for dialup?. If software contains Call function, receiving message, it's good..
