BSNL MODEM RESET AND GIVIN PROBLEM.?

I had bsnl broadband installed today! it worked fine, but after some time the speed gradualy decreased, and suddenly it didnt respond to dialup connection! i asked my friend for help and he reset the modem! nw de modem doesnt respond at all, i dnt knw what to do. The modem is Vmc an1020-21 wifi modem! plz help me
