Does Magicjack deliver Dialup too?

I have Broadband, a windows XP computer, and an old Windows 3.1 laptop. I would like to get internet on my windows 3.1 laptop, but it only has a phone jack (not ethernet, phone jack). If I get magicjack, and hook it up to my windows xp computer with Broadband, and then hook the magicjack phone line up to my laptop so I can use the MagicJack for Dialup??? I am not asking if I can power the MagicJack with Dialup, I am asking if instead of hooking it up to a telephone, can I hook it up to my laptop and get Dialup??? PLEASE REPLY!!! :)
