How can I start an organization to help abused, neglected, or children who need help?

Lately I've noticed that the books I pick out or movies I see have something to do with being abused, or neglected. Also recently I found out the my adopted cousins all came from different households that had similar things like this happening. I really feel the need to reach out to other children and help. All though I'm only 13.. That changes alot.. But I still feel like I need to help in someway, I just don't know how excactly. Can someone please help and give me some advice on what I should do?
