How to dialup on Vaio E series laptop?

I have bought a sony vaio VPCEA23EN laptop. I tried 2 put my phone line in the LAN PORT in my laptop and dialup. It shows Error665. Does it have a modem?? Is the phone line supposed to go in the LAN PORT?
