What internet can I get in new castle de? I have really bad credit.?

I have bad credit and we want internet that is going to not charge us a ridiculous deposit. Comcast wants 300, verizon wants 400, cavalier wont do anything. Even dialup or dsl is fine and vonage wont let us do anything unless we have internet service which is pointless. thanks for all your help.
