Is their a WISP (wireless internet service provider) operating near Bliss, NY ?

If you aren't close enough for DSL or cable, you damn sure won't connect to a WISP. A WISP is merely a local wireless internet company and either a community network or what is called wireless DSL. In any case, they don't put repeaters up in areas where there are few customers.
