Youtube loading so slow but my connection is fast?

I have 10mb/s connection, yet lately Youtube is sooooooo slow. and it depends on which Youtube channel I am on sometimes too, it is so frustrating. I don't undertsand why with 10mb/s speed, Youtube is dragging along as if I'm on dialup.
